Richard W. Gregory

Richard W. Gregory holds an Undergraduate Degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia and obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) from the College of William & Mary located in Williamsburg, VA. Mr. Gregory practices primarily in Real Estate, Public Utility, and Corporate Finance areas of law, with emphasis on lending and structured finance transactions. Mr. Gregory worked for Bank of America Legal Department, handling Real Estate transactions for over ten years before leaving to head up the Real Estate Department at Leclair Ryan, PC., a 200-attorney firm headquartered in Richmond, VA. Currently, Mr. Gregory serves as the Chairman and Founder of Atlas Law, PLC., a law firm specializing in Real Estate and Securities transactions, and holds the position of Chief Financial Officer of Fountainhead Properties.

Thomas W. Papa

Thomas W. Papa earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Mr. Papa served as the Chairman of the Insurance sector of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and served as a member of the Publications Committee for the Virginia State Bar. Mr. Papa was also the Founding member of Richmond law firm Chaplin, Papa & Gonet, PC., where he was the Managing Partner for 23 years. Mr. Papa continues to practice law, and holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of Fountainhead Properties. He is also very involved in the Arts community, and works closely with various organizations, such as VCU arts, to promote Richmond Artists.
